Seller & Merchant Agreement

Welcome to TrendiStore.com. These Seller Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the TrendiStore platform as a Seller/Merchant. By registering and operating a Seller Account on TrendiStore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our general Conditions of Use.

1Eligibility and Registration

To become a Seller on TrendiStore, you must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement: At least 18 years old or the age of legal majority.
Legal Status: Legally registered business, company, or individual operating lawfully.
Authority: Possess legal authority to enter into these Terms.
Information Accuracy: Provide and maintain accurate, complete registration details.

2Seller Account Management

2.1 Credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

2.2 Unauthorized Use: Notify TrendiStore immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access.

2.3 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice for any breach of Terms.

3Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

When a customer places an order, you will receive a notification ("Order").

Order Payment: Merchants must pay 80% of the order value to confirm/process transaction.

Confirmation Timeline: Orders must be confirmed/processed within 24 hours.

Consequences of Failure to Respond or Rejection (within 24h):

Temporary store blockage or suspension
Customer refund delays
Negative store reputation rating
Impact on referral store accounts

4Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing & Profit: You set retail prices based on TrendiStore wholesale costs, resulting in a fixed 20% profit margin per processed item.

4.2 Payment Collection: Handled directly by TrendiStore or designated processors.

4.3 Accepted Crypto Payments: USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), BTC, ETH, and other supported digital currencies.

4.4 Payouts: Distributed in chosen cryptocurrency (USDT default) after platform fee deductions, subject to minimum thresholds displayed on your dashboard.

4.5 Network Fees: Sellers bear all network/gas fees associated with crypto payout receipts.

5Refunds and Chargebacks

5.1 Return Policy

Must honor platform policy: minimum 14-day return period unless marked non-returnable.

5.2 Processing Time

Refund processing typically takes 3–10 days based on customer destination.
